All Cultivate Systems' Client account information is held confidential. We do not sell our Client list or Client information. Client information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, fax number and billing information is collected for the sole purpose of providing services to our Clients and notifying them of improvements to our products and services.

From time to time, we will send informational notices via mail and/or email to our Clients and to prospects who have expressed interest and have requested such information. At any time, Clients may opt-out of such notifications by following the opt-out link on the specific communication or by contacting Cultivate Systems directly.

Customer Information


All Customer information generated by our Clients and data stored for our Clients are held and protected in strict confidence. Cultivate Systems does not contact Clients' customers, nor do we sell or share customer information with any other party.
